2012-2학기 국제법일반, 국제통상법 종합시험범위를 아래와 같이 공지합니다.   1. 국제법 일반 : 국가 책임 - 국제법상 국가책임이 언제 어떠한 요건하에 발생하고, 어떠한 결과를 낳는가? ("state responsibility" issue. When can a sovereign state bear international responsibility? What are the elements to cause such responsibility and the consequences of the responsibility?)   2. 국제통상법: 국제통상법상의 비차별대우 의무 - 최혜국대우와 내국민대우(GATT 제1, 3조)의 요건 ( "non-discrimination" rules (MFN and National Treatment). Which consitions need to be met to bring MFN and NT violation claims? GATT Articles 1 and 3 need to be throughly studied.)   * 시험은 한국어나 영어로 답변 가능
